What Size Company is Revolear Intended for?

Revolear was designed for company’s that want to scale a sales process, especially when that process involves negotiations and customization For small to mid-size companies, Revolear can power your transition from spreadsheets, presentations and documents into a scalable, automated revops system based on an integrated application. For larger companies, Revolear can be integrated within your broader sales stack to enable solution selling, automate deal desk and approvals, or to make enterprise selling more data-driven and digital.

Will Revolear work with my CPQ system?

Revolear includes robust configure-price-quote (CPQ) capabilities that are optimized for modern B2B service deals, including subscriptions, tiers, ramps and other capabilities. However, if your organization has already implemented a CPQ application, its is likely that Revolear can integrate with it via that system’s APIs. Each CPQ is a bit different, so please contact us to discuss the options.

Will Revolear work with my Contracts system?

Yes. Provided your contract system provides an API to initiate a contract, the terms negotiated and approved in Revolear can be automatically sent to the contracts application to generate a new agreement.

Will Revolear work with my CRM system?

Yes. Revolear connects to CRM systems by linking its Deal data to an Opportunity or Deal in the CRM.  Launch Revolear from the CRM to create the linkage, or select the Opportunity to link later.  Once linked, Account/Company information and related contacts will be pulled into Revolear.  Revolear will automatically update close dates and amounts, add additional contacts and post activities to the CRM based on proposal feedback and engagement.

Revolear currently offers a pre-build connector for Salesforce, with connectors for HubSpot and Zapier planned for late 2023.

How do I implement Revolear?

Revolear is based on its DealCraft technology, an innovative ‘no-code’ commercial modeling approach.  DealCraft makes it easy to translate your price lists, order forms, proposals and other selling materials into a scalable sales platform.  Revolear experts will set-up your initial models, often in just a couple hours or days, and then collaborate with your team on reporting, integration and user validation.  

Importantly, as a no-code platform, Revolear is designed to evolve over time with your business.  There’s no design documents to write, and no programming involved.  Revolear simply mirrors your current price lists, order forms and approval requirements, and your best proposals and sales materials.

How much does Revolear cost?

Revolear is provided via a standard ‘Software-as-a-Service’ subscription. The list price is $150 per user per month, contracted annually, with a minimum of ten users. Optional services are offered for data science, advanced analytics and on-going administration support. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.
