Revolear includes robust configure-price-quote (CPQ) capabilities that are optimized for modern B2B service deals, including subscriptions, tiers, ramps and other capabilities. However, if your organization has already implemented a CPQ application, its is likely that Revolear can integrate with it via that system’s APIs. Each CPQ is a bit different, so please contact us to discuss the options.
Yes. Provided your contract system provides an API to initiate a contract, the terms negotiated and approved in Revolear can be automatically sent to the contracts application to generate a new agreement.
Yes. Revolear connects to CRM systems by linking its Deal data to an Opportunity or Deal in the CRM. Launch Revolear from the CRM to create the linkage, or select the Opportunity to link later. Once linked, Account/Company information and related contacts will be pulled into Revolear. Revolear will automatically update close dates and amounts, add additional contacts and post activities to the CRM based on proposal feedback and engagement.
Revolear currently offers a pre-build connector for Salesforce, with connectors for HubSpot and Zapier planned for late 2023.
Revolear is based on its DealCraft technology, an innovative ‘no-code’ commercial modeling approach. DealCraft makes it easy to translate your price lists, order forms, proposals and other selling materials into a scalable sales platform.
